METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed using automated tools and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. An annual review is conducted to delete data that is no longer needed unless retention is required by law. Processing is carried out at the offices of Motion Picture Licensing Company (Hong Kong) Limited and by authorized personnel or external parties acting as data processors. A complete list of appointed processors can be requested by emailing info@hk.mplc.com. Processing related to subscriptions will remain valid until the user unsubscribes or until all payments or refunds (as applicable) are fully resolved, whichever occurs later.
