METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

An annual review is conducted to delete data that is no longer needed unless retention is required by law.

Processing is carried out at the offices of Motion Picture Licensing Company (Hong Kong) Limited and by authorized personnel or external parties acting as data processors.
