The narrative follows the adventures of Skye and her friends as they discover a meteor that crashed in Adventure City. They soon discover that the crash gave them unusual abilities, turning them into the Mighty Pups. However, the evil Mayor Humdinger plans to steal the pups' superpowers with the help of a meteor expert. This animated movie version of the television series is the sequel to the 2021 movie.
